Backend (Node.js and Nest.js) Developer

About the Role

Join NeosCoder as a Backend Developer to design and implement scalable backend systems using Node.js and Nest.js, supporting modern web and network solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable backend applications using Node.js and Nest.js.
• Design and build secure APIs with proper authentication and authorization.
• Manage relational and non-relational databases like MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MSSQL.
• Implement SSR and CSR using Next.js.
• Apply clean architecture and CQRS pattern for robust application structure.
• Follow Agile methodologies for iterative development and delivery.
• Collaborate on CI/CD pipelines, version control with Git, and cloud deployment practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CSE, CS, or ICT.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in backend development with Node.js and Nest.js.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience in API design (REST, GraphQL) and documentation (Swagger/OpenAPI).
• Hands-on with microservices and optionally gRPC.
• Good understanding of both SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Basic knowledge of front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and CI/CD practices.
• Strong problem-solving ability and Agile team collaboration experience.
