About the Role

Join our team as a System Administrator and play a key role in managing enterprise infrastructure, cloud services, virtualization, and network security. If you have strong technical expertise and leadership experience, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy (GPO).
  • Manage VMware ESXi/Hyper-V virtualization infrastructure and ensure optimal performance and availability.
  • Administer Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
  • Monitor server health, system performance, storage utilization, and infrastructure capacity to ensure high availability.
  • Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including switches, routers, wireless access points, VPNs, and enterprise firewalls (Fortinet/Sophos/Cisco).
  • Implement and maintain endpoint security, antivirus, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and security best practices.
  • Ensure enterprise backup and disaster recovery solutions, perform regular backup verification, and conduct restoration testing.
  • Manage team to Install, configure, upgrade, and patch operating systems, server hardware, and enterprise applications.
  • Provide Level-2/Level-3 technical support for server, network, Microsoft 365, and infrastructure-related issues.
  • Maintain, infrastructure documentation, SOPs, network diagrams, and configuration records.
  • Coordinate with vendors for hardware, software, warranty, ISP, and infrastructure support.
  • Monitor IT infrastructure using enterprise monitoring tools and prepare periodic system health and performance reports.
  • Automate routine administrative tasks using PowerShell or similar scripting tools.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and business continuity requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 6+ years of relevant experience, with At least 2 years in leadership roles
  • Familiarity with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Appium).
  • Professional certifications will be an advantage.
